Can I record from DVR for IO to DVDR instead of VCR?

My DVR from IO has a record to VCR feature and I was wondering if I could simply buy a DVD recorder and connect that to my DVR? Or do I need to buy a DVD recorder with a VCR option and record to tape first and then to DVD. Thanks

Hi Peter,
You can record directly to DVD. You do not have to go to a VCR first.
